Over 60s Dynamic Dance
Laban Building
Every Wednesday
Event details
You will focus on the principles of contemporary dance technique in a supportive environment, in an energising class that will get you moving and travelling in space.
The class will include a standing warm up, followed by a series of exercises in a range of contemporary styles, working on your balance, mobilisation, and coordination. You can expect to try different elements of contemporary technique including: floorwork, back exercises, travelling sequences across space, as well as the opportunity for some creative tasks and improvisation.

Reduced Class Fee £3.50 per class (£35 per term)
Full Class Fee £5.00 per class (£50 per term)
